Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. In the unlikely case you receive a product that is defective or otherwise unsuitable as per Australian Fair Trading rules, we will work with you to reach a resolution (such as a refund, return, or replacement).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that some items (including customised items) may not be returnable. See the exceptions clause below.
Please contact us first before returning or refunding. Your satisfaction is our priority so we'd love to see if we can help!
To proceed with a return or refund, be sure to supply your:
- Name
- Order Number
- Reason for your request (required)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, all delivery costs are not refundable (including initial order delivery costs). You may be required to cover the shipping cost of a returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and items which may present hygiene concerns (such as headphones, drink bottles). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please check your custom messages carefully! We are not liable for any errors in your specifications (including typos).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you believe there is an issue, please refrain from opening, using, or further damaging the item. Your examination of the item should be comparable to examining it in a store. Should goods be damaged on return, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
