It's super easy to order – simply shop online and add your desired products to your cart. If you are choosing a customisable product, you'll be prompted to add any details about the design or special message you require.
Once you've selected all the products you want to order, you can checkout and pay via our secure online checkout. You'll be able to choose your desired shipping method.
We'll contact you if needed to confirm any details about your order before production. After your item(s) are ready, we'll ship products direct to your home or business. Easy!
What are your lead times for orders?
Our lead time is currently 5 business days for all orders. We will contact you if there are likely to be delays.
Please note that this is only for the production of your item and is not inclusive of shipping. Please refer to our shipping guide for expected shipping times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit & debit card payments, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (including PayPal Buy Now Pay Later). All our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We currently do not accept other forms of payment.
Payments are processed securely by our online store and are encrypted. Your payment details are not saved by our site and are used only to process payment for your order.
How much is delivery? When will I get my order?
Our standard delivery costs are a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for Standard Shipping, and $14.95 AUD for Express Shipping. Depending on the quantity & type of order, the shipping cost may change. You will be able to see the finalised shipping cost at checkout. We currently only ship to Australia.
If you require custom shipping solutions or are based overseas, please contact us and we will see if we can help you.
Please allow 2-8 business days for Standard Shipping, and 1-4 days for Express Shipping. This is in addition to our lead times for production.
Where is your store located?
We are proudly Australian owned and operated. All your items are customised on-shore in Australia and are shipped directly to your home or business. Thank you for supporting and shopping locally! 🇦🇺
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical storefront so you won't be able to come visit us in person. However, please feel free to shop online or contact us if you have any questions!
Do you offer local pickup or Click and Collect?
No. Unfortunately our Australian factory is not set up to accept local visitors, so we are unable to offer local pickup at this time.
You can place an order for any of our amazing good via our online store, and we will work to arrange delivery direct to your home via the carrier you select at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. In the unlikely case you receive a product that is defective or otherwise unsuitable as per Australian Fair Trading rules, we will work with you to reach a resolution (such as a refund, return, or replacement).
Please contact us first before returning or refunding. Your satisfaction is our priority so we'd love to see if we can help!
Many of our items are unique, customised, or finished as per the personal requirements of the customer. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless defective.
